Our Team

Joyce Morrison – Executive Director

I am a born and raised Texas gal! I grew up in the small town of Ponder, TX where I lived close to my family. I graduated from Ponder High School and completed my BBA degree and minor in fashion merchandising at UNT in Denton, Texas. I moved to Dallas during college and have lived here for the past 12 years. My husband and I married in March of 2017 in the Maldives. I have spent the past 10 years in the medical device industry. From this time my husband and I have started our own medical consulting company, cadaver lab and real estate portfolio.  I have grown up competing in pageants since I was three years old and I have learned  confidence, poise and most importantly to take the platform I have been given to help others. I have been blessed with the opportunity to continue to be apart of the International system as the Texas director. The International system has been apart of my pageant life since 2010. I was crowned your 2019 Mrs. Texas International in March of 2019 and embarked on my journey to the International stage where I placed 3rd Runner up among some incredible women, and bestowed the Evening Gown award. It is my dream to now to use my platform as a director to help young and married women capture their pageants dreams within a system based on integrity and ethics.

Briana Daughtry – Assistant Director

Growing up with my parents and younger brother in Portland, Tx we enjoyed the outdoor lifestyle to the fullest. It wasn’t until my father was diagnosed with skin cancer that I knew I had to take action and share my passion for skin cancer awareness. Therefore, I entered my first pageant in 2012 and became your Miss Teen Texas International 2012. Having the opportunity to be a spokesperson for The Skin Cancer Foundation, recognized for my platform Skin Cancer Awareness: Being Sun Savvy by my city’s mayor and council members, and having the opportunity to raise over $3 million in life-saving resources and sun safety initiatives across Texas. My passion drew me back to pageantry to compete on the Texas International stage for the second time to become your Miss Texas International 2019. I was honored to represent Texas on the International stage where I proudly placed 2nd runner up and bestowed the evening gown award. In my pageantry career, I have found that what separates you from your competitors is your conviction, not your confidence. Confidence can be faked but conviction in knowing intimately in your mind and heart that it’s already yours. Since then I have graduated with my Masters in Communication at Texas A&M Corpus Christi moved to McAllen, Tx, and have recently become engaged to my soulmate Alex with our wedding planned for October 2022 in Lake Como, Italy.

Lea Caprice – Performance Coach

Born and raised in New York City, I have always admired the competitive nature of pageantry and aspired to work in the fashion industry. My modeling career began when I was 16, which allowed me the opportunity to begin traveling and working internationally. Some of my favorite work include runway shows during New York Fashion Week, magazines such as WWD, Seventeen, Elle and a feature on the cover of The New York Post. I’ve worked for brands including Saks Fifth Ave, Macy’s, T-Mobile, Baby Phat, New York Couture, Annie S Intimates and Zales. I am also proud to have won the titles of Mrs. New Jersey International 2014 and Ms. Texas International 2019. In my spare time, I enjoy horseback riding, practicing yoga and traveling with my family. I am also an advocate for many children’s non-profit organizations, including Prevent Child Abuse America and national Children’s Advocacy Centers. With over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry, I am looking forward to helping other young women achieve their fullest potential!
